Delivery

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, the Track & Trace system from CTT allows you to follow up, at all time, your dispatches. Once you have logged in go to Track & Trace, and a simple click allows you to find out all the information you need about your dispatch: status of one or more dispatches, date and time of delivery, receiver’s name, dispatch history, whether there was any kind of incident, digital proof of delivery etc, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • How long will my order take?

    All prints or original illustrations will be shipped rolled in a strong 4″ tube, all T-shirts will be shipped in a envelope package. The delivery time vary, but usually to Europe take 4 to 7 days, to USA take 6 to 10 days. If you require rushed shipping (if the item is intended as a gift, for example) then please feel free to email me on shop@jotacravo.com and I’ll do my best to have it shipped the same day.

  • Can I pay my order by bank transfer?

    Yes, please send us an e-mail with the items you wish to buy, and we will send you an order confirmation with our bank information.

  • I want to sell your products, what conditions can you offer me?

    For all professionals, please contact directly with Jota Cravo ( info@jotacravo.com ) and, together, we can study each case to provide the best possible conditions.

Returns

  • I have to return something, what should I do?

    All you have to do is notify by e-mail – shop@jotacravo.com – within 14 days of receiving the item. Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. Please fill out the return form that came with the products.

  • The product I received was damage or incorrect, what should I do?

    Please send us some pictures of the damaged goods and the packaging if relevant. We will replace any damaged products free of charge. Just send your pictures and a description of what the problem with the product is to:

    You are entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 90 days.
